Welcome, and thank you for joining me on my wellness exploration.  Let’s start with a little introduction:

About Me

Hello.  I’m Kristine Rudolph.  I’m an AFAA certified group fitness instructor and hold specialty certifications in prenatal and postpartum fitness.  I have taught for about a decade now, and over those years I have loved exploring all aspects of wellness.

I am also the stay-at-home mother of three small children and the wife of an entrepreneur.  Translation: I am responsible for the health and well-being of three littles and one big … and I will just let you wonder who the most challenging of the lot is!

I have also recently completed a novel, and am working to self-publish an e-book version shortly.

What does all that mean for this blog?

Well, if you look at what I “DO,” you will see what’s important to me: keeping the body active and engaged, doing all I can to ensure a healthy self and family, and cultivating the mind and creative spirit.

That’s what you can expect to see on this blog – explorations of all of the above.

Leading a value-driven life.  Caring for one’s physical health.  Nurturing the creative and intellectual self.  I believe “wellness” lies somewhere in the mix of those three.
