I’ve got loads of recipes for you today, so let’s just go:

Salmon Cakes. (Old news.) Made in a waffle iron. (Now you’re talking!)

I’ve said before that I flog myself every time I spend cash money on Lara bars when they are so simple to make. Here’s a Lemon Meringue Pie version. Fun, fun, fun.

Have you ever roasted marrow bones and eaten the marrow straight? It’s a unique experience. Marrow is probably the most satiating and filling food I have ever put in my mouth. So I cannot even imagine what this Bone Marrow Butter recipe does for a girl!

Apple Cinnamon Coconut Flour Muffins – this would be a good option for folks like me who have to send in nut free snacks and lunches that kiddos will love.

Danielle Walker of Against All Grain fame shared her Macadamia Nut Waffle recipe this week. I cannot imagine a more expensive waffle but OMG, do I wish I could eat nuts. Someone make them and then tell me how amazing they are, okay? #livingvicariously

Some of my Jewish friends kid me because I am not Jewish but I have a little obsession with Paleo-fied Jewish treats. So, oh yeah, Elana Amsterdam’s Nut Free Chocolate Hamantaschen had me drooling.

If you need a basic coconut flour vanilla cake, give this one a go. You could use it crumbled up for strawberry shortcake or in a parfait with berries. (Oh, Spring and Summer produce, please come quickly!)

If, after all this cooking, you need some help scrubbing your pots, check out this great trick.

Finally, the Breaking Muscle Top Ten Fitness Blog list came out this week and it’s loaded with great ones, including Katy Bowman’s Katy Says, which you guys know I love.

That’s all I’ve got for you today! Happy, happy weekend.
