Camp MEOW Lemonade

Clearly, this is a kid-friendly recipe!
  • 9 cups water, divided into 8 cups and 1 cup
  • 1 cup sugar (we used organic cane sugar)
  • 6 lemons
To make the simple syrup:
  1. Add 1 cup water to saucepan, over medium heat.
  2. When bubbles start to form, add sugar to pan.
  3. Whisk immediately.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Chill your simple syrup in fridge until completely cool.
To make the lemonade:
  1. Meanwhile, juice lemons.
  2. Strain juice of pulp and seeds.
  3. Put juice in fridge to chill.
  4. In a pitcher, add remaining water, lemon juice and cooled simple syrup.
  5. Stir well and serve over ice with love.
