We spent last week on Florida’s 30A and enjoyed not one but two amazing Farmers’ Markets while we were there.
One of our favorite vendors was Ocheesee Creamery. Their cows are grassfed which meant we noshed on a little Mint Chocolate Chip and Salted Caramel ice creams with full knowledge that we were also getting some good fat-soluble vitamins.
I didn’t get to eat the ice cream, but that’s okay because – THE BUTTER.
I nearly gasped at it’s gorgeous hue.
I told the vendor how thrilled I was to find grassfed butter – because I knew it was just by looking at it.
“Isn’t it amazing? What’s really cool is to see how the color changes depending on how much grass we have,” he said.
You know, kind of like what butter is supposed to be?
